Small Lake in Yercaud
This lake is situated very close to town. The lake is reputed to be fed by seven wells. The lake is bounded by a road, a quarter of which is mucky! yucky! Towards one end of the lake is Montfort School and towards the other end is the town. This lake is supposed to have been man-made due to the rocks that were cut out for building the Montford School. This lake is rather unimpressive, just have a look when you cross and enter the Montford School.
